Lt Osmond serves as the Deputy Director of Phoenix Spark at Travis AFB, championing his team and their projects across the DoD/DoW. Committed to nurturing grassroots innovations at Travis AFB, he also seeks to forge partnerships with academia and industry through venture initiatives. As a cyber officer, Cody leverages his Information Technology expertise to drive innovation efforts aimed to enhance the lethality, effectiveness, and efficiency of warfighters.
Master Sergeant Skylar Stevens is the current Superintendent for Phoenix Spark. She is the lead enlisted member who coordinates all ventures, programs, development, and ideas that comes to Phoenix Spark. With her leadership and guidance she ensures Phoenix Spark fulfills its mission on a daily basis. She is originally from 60th CS. As a communications specialist by trade she has served 13 years at Hurlburt Field AFB and Travis AFB.
Mr. John Dickerson is on loan to Phoenix Spark from Manpower. A retired veteran, having served 26 years in the USAF, John has been working for Phoenix Spark for the last five years. John was previously stationed at Altus AFB, OK, Loring AFB, ME, Travis AFB, CA, and Dover AFB, DE. John has a Baccalaureate in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Program Management. John's concentration here at Phoenix Spark is Operations Management, Procurement, Budget Management, Facilities, and Lab Operations. Having worked at Phoenix Spark for several changeovers in command and personnel, Mr. Dickerson also acts as the Chief Operations Officer for Phoenix Spark.
Staff Sergeant Saajaadeen Jeffries is part of the Digital Initiatives team here in Phoenix Spark. His concentration in Phoenix Spark is network development. His main focus has been the network within Phoenix Spark and the capabilities outside such as Mesh ++. When the device is configured it shows promise to bring secure WiFi capabilities within the flightline of Travis AFB. He is originally from 60 Maintenance Squadron and an AR mechanic by Trade.
SrA Adam Nord is a part of the Digital Initiatives team at Phoenix Spark. He specializes in full-stack development, supporting a variety of applications that come through our innovation cell. Before diving into software, he served as a KC-10 Avionics maintainer with the 660th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. He has proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for six years and has been stationed at Travis AFB since 2020.
SSgt Robert Linzy is a key member of the Additive Manufacturing team at Spark, where he drives innovation through precision. As a Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory Technician with the 60th Maintenance Squadron, he brings hands-on expertise honed at both Ramstein AB and Travis AFB. With five years of service in the United States Air Force, SSgt Linzy is a prototype engineer by trade and a maker at heart. He leverages the power of 3D design and advanced fabrication to transform bold ideas into mission-ready solutions.
