The Virtual In-Processing team is working tirelessly to meet the requirements for transitioning to Cloud One. Moving to this secure system is a significant undertaking, and it involves multiple steps to ensure everything is safe, secure, and properly set up.
This transition will take some time as we must ensure all necessary security protocols are followed and tested thoroughly. We are committed to making the migration as smooth as possible, but it’s important to remember that this process is complex and requires careful planning.
As we work towards going live again, we will continue to provide you with updates on our progress. All the latest information will be available here so you can stay informed about the status of Virtual In-Processing.

Virtual In-Processing Feature Updates
Our development team is putting in extensive effort to roll out a suite of new features aimed at making the platform more user-friendly and efficient for both users and admins. These updates are designed to streamline processes, improve accessibility, and ultimately help everyone get through in-processing faster and more smoothly.
We understand that the more seamless the experience, the more productive and satisfied the users will be. Our focus is on improving workflows and giving you the tools you need to make the process more efficient and organized. Here's a breakdown of the latest updates:
New Upcoming Features
Site Performance (Optimized data retrieval) – Completed
We identified key performance issues and made significant adjustments to how data is pulled. Now, instead of full-page reloads, most pages will use page navigation for a faster, smoother experience.
Mass Movements (Move multiple people at once) – Completed
This feature simplifies moving large groups by allowing you to process multiple individuals simultaneously, saving time and reducing the chance of errors.
Movement History (Track past and future movements) – Completed
Track your past movements and plan for future ones. This feature provides users and admins with a clear overview of where you’ve been and where you’re headed.
Global Supervisor Reports (Find out who supervises whom) – Completed
Quickly determine organizational hierarchies with the Global Supervisor Reports, helping you manage supervisory relationships and ensure appropriate oversight.
Improved Task Signing (Organized by person instead of task) – Completed
Task signing is now organized by person, not task, making it easier for users to view their assigned tasks and for admins to manage assignments.
Creating, Deleting, and Updating Questions (User-generated questions) – Work in progress
Soon, users will be able to create, delete, and update questions, offering more flexibility and control over the information gathered during in-processing.
Pausing, Archiving, and Deleting Checklists – Completed
Admins now have the ability to pause, archive, or delete checklists, ensuring better task management and the ability to handle outdated or unnecessary checklists.
Redesigned Profile Page (Clean and organized layout) – Completed
The user profile page has been revamped for a more intuitive, organized design, making it easier to navigate and access important information quickly.

January 29th 2025 Update:
Virtual In-Processing is currently moving to a new home!
VIP is relocating to a new home to accommodate the surge in traffic from the main site (vip.travisspark.com). With the app gaining significant popularity, we’re thrilled to see so many users engaging with it.
Given the level of traffic we've experienced, the VIP team has begun the process of moving to a new environment. This transition requires the current site to be temporarily unavailable, but we will notify users as soon as Virtual In-Processing is back up and running. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our current users.
To ensure a seamless experience moving forward, we are taking the necessary time to enhance and revamp our infrastructure, optimizing performance and stability to handle the growing demand effectively. Your continued support means a lot to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work to make these improvements. Stay tuned for an even better experience ahead!
